We understand how important it is to find the right NDIS supports—from the right provider, with the right Support Workers—tailored to your needs.
That’s why we follow a thorough intake process — to ensure we’re the right fit for your needs and that we have the most suitable Support Workers available to support you.
You can get your NDIS supports up and running within a week.
Here’s how we work in four simple steps:
Call us on 1800009924 to discuss your needs and/or complete our intake referral form attaching any current reports.
We can provisionally confirm our ability to provide the requested services based on the current intake information. A final confirmation will be provided following a comprehensive assessment.
Within 1 to 7 days, we will:
Conduct an in-person initial assessment at a time convenient for you. This will help us understand your specific needs and preferences in a Support Worker, and allow us to complete a Home Safety Check. Following this, we will confirm whether we can provide the required services.
Recommend suitable Support Workers from our team, based on the information gathered during the assessment and your intake form. We will review and discuss these options with you.
Finalize and sign a Service Agreement with you to formally begin support.
Your support will begin shortly.
For Participants with very specific Support Worker needs or complex requirements that involve additional training, it may take a bit longer to get support services up and running. Rest assured, we will work closely with you throughout every step of the process.
