We provide flexible, participant-centred support tailored to your unique goals, interests, and abilities.
Build meaningful relationships by participating in community events, social groups, local clubs, and recreational activities across Melbourne. We support you in developing confidence while connecting with others in safe and welcoming environments.

1.Cooking Lessons – Have fun cooking, trying out new recipes, and having the skills for everyday cooking and food preparation (NDIS funded).
2.Community Dinners & Food Relief – Free programs to individuals and families who may need a warm meal or some grocery support with an element of connection and care.
How to Access This Support
You may use your NDIS Capacity Building funding under Increased Social and Community Participation to access our programs.
If you’re unsure about your plan or funding:
