The Assist Access/Maintain Employment program assists NDIS participants at every point of their employment journey – whether you’re preparing for work, getting a job, or maintaining employment.
No matter if you are new to investigating work opportunities, you are a school leaver looking to formally join the workforce, or you have work and are needing ongoing support, this program is designed around your needs. We also support participants who were employed before engaging with NDIS.

Our Supports Include:
- Pre- and Post-Employment Support – One-on-one help to find and maintain work
- Group Job Preparation – Engage with the group in job readiness activities while developing workplace confidence
- School Leaver Support – Supporting young people to transition from high school to the workforce with NDIS support coordination services
- Education & Training – Assistance to enroll in an educational or vocational program to assist with long-term workforce career progress
