We're Support at Home Package Providers
We offer government-funded in-home aged care through the Support at Home Package program, which provides financial support for the necessary aged care services at home. If you currently have a Support at Home Package or are interested in applying for one, we can assist you in changing providers or navigating the application process.
Call us on 1800009924. We can tell you how a Package works if you’re just starting out with one and tell you everything you need to know about how we work, our costs and services. We’ll come and meet you in your own home if you like.
Once you’ve decided to use Seven angels for your Support at Home Package, we’ll give you a written Care Agreement that outlines our services and your Support at Home Package budget and costs.
After an initial assessment with your Care Manager (they’re all Registered Nurses), we’ll set up the services you need. Whether it’s personal care or domestic help from one of our Carers, a range of other services from third party providers or purchasing equipment, we’ve got you! We’ll get it sorted quickly and professionally.
Funding your care privately
You have the flexibility to pay for the level of care you require, whether it’s extensive or minimal. Our hourly rates come without binding contracts, allowing you to adjust your care as necessary.
