Your Support Workers
We understand the significance of having the right support workers to help you reach your goals. This is why we take a very personalised approach so that we can empower all our clients to live the life they want to live. We try to understand you, your needs, and preferences before you meet your support worker. You will be involved in the introduction process, as well as other ongoing developments, so you are continually engaged as a participant. We offer a range of ongoing training and development programs for our support workers, including hands-on and practical training.
