Promoting your independence at home and in the community
Whether we’re providing NDIS supports, in-home aged care or recovering from an injury or illness, we aim to provide services that enhance your independence and support your own personal goals.
We know that having the right Support Workers or Carers for you is critical to the success of our services.
We firmly believe that it’s all about the people and we work with you to understand the type of person that will work best with you.
Things such as interests, personality and language are important in any relationship. The one with your Support Worker or Carer shouldn’t be any different.
We match our skills to your goals.
Seven Angels provides personalised individual support and nursing services, perfectly matched to you.
We work across in-home aged care, the NDIS (disability support) . Each of these areas is led by a specialist team with extensive experience and knowledge of their sector.
With hundreds of Support Workers from Australia and around the World, we can offer many languages and cultural backgrounds.
We can carry out a range of household chores that you’re not able to do for whatever reason. Or we can work with you to support you in organising and undertaking your domestic routines and tasks yourself – helping you remain an active participant in your day-to-day household tasks.
Whatever level of support you need from us, we’ll be there to help you keep things the way you like them and ensure a comfortable and safe home environment for you. After all, home is where the heart is.
Whether you just need a bit of support to get showered, dressed and ready for your day ahead, or whether you need full support, we’re there to enhance your wellbeing, comfort and confidence and ensure you remain safe in your home.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, have a long-term illness or need support managing a chronic condition, in-home nursing gives you the clinical support you need to improve or maintain your health and wellbeing.
We are also a registered NDIS provider with a team of dedicated registered nurses and enrolled nurses. Our team can provide home nursing services for NDIS participants, including people with complex care needs.
There are some care services which can only be provided by nurses. If you have an injury, illness, or care needs which require regular clinical attention, then in-home nursing care is the perfect way to rest and recover. Our nursing services include:
We know that this can mean a lot of different things to different people. Whether it’s finding recreational activities for you to become involved in, developing relationships, researching local services that you need, making and attending appointments, getting out and about to use local amenities, or just going for a coffee in your local café, we can support you according to what you want to achieve.
If you need support planning and undertaking day to day activities, making appointments, keeping on top of correspondence and “life admin”, organising your home or household routines like shopping and cooking, we’re here to support you.
And if you’d just like some company or companionship doing the things you love, we’ll find just the right person for you!
An essential part of dementia care is the way in which we provide support. We can provide any kind of services or tasks you need, and we do them in a way that best minimises the impact of dementia in your life and supports you to achieve your goals.
We work with you and your family to provide support that’s so much more than just completing tasks.
We put your well-being and feelings at the centre ensuring that we respond to your individual experiences of living with dementia.
We take the time to understand you and your situation, your preferences and the things which give you joy as well as the difficulties that dementia may present.
We do everything in a way which promotes your happiness and minimises the impacts of dementia in your life.
We can help give your family the support they need so they can continue to support you whilst maintaining their own wellbeing.
Respite care lets us handle the caregiving, whether it’s for a few hours of respite care occasionally, a regular day a week or fortnight or a longer period to cover holidays and time away.
Whether you just need a bit of help around the house or comprehensive care, we can come to your home and support you. We can do everything your usual caregiver does.
Our in-home respite care services include:
No matter how complex your care requirements are, we have qualified support workers, personal carers and nurses to provide a comprehensive range of services and supports.
Our 24-hour care aims to enhance independence and maximise quality of life with ongoing support any time of the day or night.
A 24/7 care programme requires a team of workers. We select highly experienced staff to support you and, depending on your needs, we may provide targeted training to our workers from our Complex Care Nurse.
One of our dedicated Care Managers will oversee your programme and ensure that the team is right for you.
If you don’t need much support overnight, each support worker or carer will generally work a 24-hour shift between one to three times a week. They must be able to sleep overnight so require a private room to sleep in and they are on-call to assist you if needed in the night.
If you require a lot of support overnight or your support worker needs to be awake through the night for safety reasons, then shifts are generally about 8-10 hours at a time so you will need more than one worker in a 24 hour period.
Whichever model you need, you can rest assured that we will build a team suited to your needs.
Our carers can be there to provide companionship – creating opportunities and promoting engagement with things you enjoy doing whether it’s hobbies, activities around the home, accessing your community and enjoying outings or just a cup of tea and a chat.
Helping to promote your independence and wellbeing, companion care can be just a couple of hours here and there, a regular activity or event or part of full-time 24 hour care.
Our in-home companion care services include:
We support you and your family with meaningful care for your physical and emotional needs during this time.
We focus on helping you to have the best quality of life, tailoring our supports to your needs. Sometimes this might mean 24/7 bed-care, or pain management. Or it might mean some regular visits to help your family have some respite or it might be supporting you to achieve something you’ve always wanted to.
We can work closely with your medical team or Palliative Care team to ensure that our supports are integrated into your overall Palliative Care Plan and you receive holistic care.
Our palliative care and end of life services can include:
We are committed to supporting individuals with ABI develop their independence and live a fulfilling life. Our team of experienced professionals provide personalised ABI support services designed to meet your specific needs.
Where a participant’s support needs are complex or more clinically focussed, we ensure that clinical expertise is integrated into our team and that clinical oversight of the programme is provided.
This can be especially important in the early stages of setting up a support programme to ensure that Support Workers’ relevant skills and experience are assessed in line with the Participant’s specific situation; that any training needs are identified and provided and that that the Support Workers are assisted to gain a strong understanding of the individual client’s support needs and requirements.
Absolute’s Clinical Nurse Consultant and Learning and Development Manager provide initial oversight, guidance and identification of skills required and training needs. They then develop a bespoke Support Worker assessment and training-plan, tailored to the individual Participant and deliver this to all Support Workers commencing on the programme.
No two journeys are the same, and we take the time to understand what’s most important to you. Our team will adapt to your changing needs, offering flexible and reliable services to supporting you to live your life, your way.
Whether you’re adjusting to new challenges or working toward personal goals, we’re here every step of the way.
We’ll provide the right support from the right people to help you to live your life, your way – whether you have an NDIS plan, a Home Care Package or privately funded aged care support at home.

“When the Seven Angels Carers are here I know that if James asked for something he would get it. They even do the ironing which is such an incredible help to me. That has allowed me to get out and do what I need to do.”
