Specialised Support Coordination is available to eligible NDIS participants who require a higher level of assistance to manage complex support needs. This service is designed to strengthen support networks, address barriers, and help participants achieve greater independence and stability.
- Complex Support Needs: Participants with significant or complex circumstances that require intensive coordination across multiple services.
- NDIS Funding: Specialised Support Coordination must be included in your approved NDIS plan under Capacity Building Supports.
